Our Mission

·         To form a band or bands of musicians, at least one of which will be a youth band.

·         To provide a band or bands which, as well as operating in a community environment, will also have a focus on our military heritage and therefore support other service focused organisations.

·         To manage, provide developmental logistical support and maintenance of these Bands so formed.

·         Provide, through a learners’ programme, opportunities for unskilled persons to learn to play musical instruments supported by the association.

A community based brass band with both a traditional and contemporary music repertoire in marching format. The Band sometimes appears in WW1 Qld. Light Horse uniforms and also supports the Queensland Mounted Infantry Historical Troop where possible.
